Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run the business. They only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, forwards our email and stores what you send through our forms, including any files you attach
- Resend: emails what you send through our website forms to our inbox
- Web3Forms: a backup route for our website forms, used only if our main email route fails (stored on Amazon Web Services)
- Google: our email account
- Stripe: takes client payments and sends invoices and receipts
- Our bank and, if we use one, our accountant
Some of these services store information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, it’s protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contract clauses.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions and attached files: deleted from our file storage and the email and form services after 30 days. The email copy is deleted after 12 months if you don’t become a client.
- Client records: for as long as you’re a client, then 12 months.
- Invoices and payment records: 6 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete your information, where we don’t need to keep it
- stop or limit how we use it
- move it to another provider, where that applies
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests
Email [email protected]. We’ll reply within one month, free of charge.
Keeping it safe
The website and forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS), our accounts use two-step sign-in, and only we can see your information.
